Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revenix Cart Upsell application (the “App”) provided by Revenix Apps (“Revenix Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must operate a valid Shopify store and have the authority to bind that store to these Terms. The App is intended for business use only.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Shopify store for as long as it is installed and your account is in good standing.

3. Plans, Trials & Billing

  • The App offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan priced at $9.99 per month.
  • The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. Unless you downgrade or uninstall before the trial ends, the Pro subscription begins and recurring charges apply.
  • All charges are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of Shopify's terms or policies.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, text, and branding, is owned by Revenix Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. You retain all rights to your own store content and data.

6. Third-Party Services

The App operates on and integrates with Shopify and may rely on other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular increase in sales or average order value.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenix Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of Revenix Apps, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
